  • If the coach early stunts, 1 should kick it to 2 at the 45. 2 would then make the extra pass to 3 in the corner for a shot.

  • If the coach does not stunt at the drive, 1 should get a deep paint touch and pass to 3 in the corner off two feet. The coach would then show at 3, who makes the extra pass to 2 at the 45 for a shot.

  • Everyone rotates to the left each rep.

Drive & Kick Shooting Series:

  • Coach passes to the player located at the cone, who makes a quick move on the catch and drives.

  • The player without the ball will cut over to the opposite elbow to receive the catch & shoot.

  • The passer then cuts to the opposite elbow and receives the catch & shoot.

  • This process continues with players rotating lines each rep. You can also move it back to work on 3 pointers, shots off the dribble, etc.

Full Court 6-Man Shooting:

  • On 1’s cut, X1 must high five the player at the opposite elbow before closing out and contesting 1’s shot.

  • After shooting the ball, 1 sprints to receive the DHO from the player at the opposite elbow while X1 attempts to defend it.

  • If the defender gets caught in the staggered screens, 4 should look to catch and shoot at the top of the key. If the defender goes under the stagger screens 4 should look to stop and pop behind the screens for a catch & shoot. Finally, if the defender trails over the top of the staggered screens, 4 should look to curl the screens and attack downhill.

  • After passing to 4, 1 will receive a pass from the coach on the baseline for a catch & shoot.
